I'm the art editor of music magazine Uncut. As well as designing or overseeing every page of the magazine and its regular special editions, I commission photographers, research archive images and design the magazine's monthly free CDs. I've worked on one-off tablet editions of Uncut's Ultimate Music Guides and Marie Claire's fashion spin-off Runway. I also take illustration commissions and have designed record sleeves, posters and other material for Third Man Records, Sonic Cathedral, UMG and for three years running the official program for V Festival. Before this I spent four and a half years as designer and art editor of music weekly NME. I've been a designer for over 20 years, mainly on magazines, working on a wide range of titles including teen-mag J17, fashion bible The Face, film title Hotdog, and men's monthly Jack. In my spare time, I screenprint at Sonsoles Print Studio in Peckham, South London.
